Our men and women coming home from Afghanistan and Iraq have experienced unprecedented emotional and physical assault.  They deserve all we can offer to assist their return to health and a happy supported life.  At present veteran benefits and private insurance do not cover acupressure and other services considered alternative or complimentary.  WCV through donations of time, money and energy from participating therapists and concerned individuals around the country seeks to make these services available to veterans and their families.

__Mission Statement: Combat Veterans helping each other make an easy transition from combat to a
healthy civilian life.

“I’ve never experienced a single moment in the past 20+ years when I didn’t have “any” pain at all!

Although only temporary, I had the BEST experience ever!!! Thank you for treating me.  I had forgotten what it feels like to feel Pain
Free.  Thank you again."  Retired Army nurse

"Our sessions have given me not only physical therapy but spiritual/mental therapy.

I have noticed since our sessions that I'm a calmer individual, I notice myself standing and walking straight instead of slouching. I'm not sure if it's a
physical or mental effect, but it's noticeable and it's real.

What started out as a desperate effort to relieve pain after my motorcycle accident turned into a long term improvement in my life."    Marine/Iraq

_Vision Statement: Provide natural alternatives to medication  which enhance our inherent ability to return to a balanced mind/body/spirit state.  This includes but
is not limited to non invasive forms of acupressure and cranio/sacral therapy,
fitness training, nutrition, hiking and retreats designed to restore trust and
help each individual meet their own needs and desires.

"Highly effective method for dealing with stress in its many forms – physically I sleep much better and my neck, shoulders and back are pain free.  My head feels much more clear and I cope with anxiety and fear without the need for prescription drugs or other chemicals.

Acupressure and cranio/sacral therapy have immense potential for repairing damage incurred from life in general and in particular for men and women in military service.”   Navy/Iraq

"I have had a chance to experience several modalities with Susan Grant and have felt great benefit from each. She has specializations is cranio-sacral therapy, Reconnection and acupressure all with equal proficiency………She not only knows what she does, but deeply understands why.

With every modality I feel a quiet and peace that I do not in my daily life. There is a slowing of anxious thoughts and a general centering after
each treatment."  Navy/multiple deployments
